We strive to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days. For theological questions that require more research, it may take up to 5 business days to provide a thorough response.
Can I request Dr. Carter to speak at my event?
Yes, Dr. Carter is available for speaking engagements at churches, conferences, and educational institutions. Please use the contact form with the subject "Speaking Request" and include details about your event, including dates, location, expected audience, and topic preferences.
Do you respond to theological questions from the public?
Yes, we welcome theological questions and make an effort to respond to each one. Complex questions may be answered in a future video or blog post if the topic would benefit a wider audience. For personal or sensitive matters, we will respond privately.
Can I submit a topic suggestion for future content?
Absolutely! We welcome suggestions for topics to cover in videos, podcast episodes, or articles. Many of our most popular teachings have come directly from viewer and listener requests.
How are prayer requests handled?
Every prayer request is read personally by Dr. Carter and the ministry team. We pray over each request and, when appropriate, follow up with you directly. All prayer requests are treated as strictly confidential unless you give us permission to share them with our broader prayer team.
